Matt, Nicole, and their staff have created a supportive, structured environment where good behavior and personal growth are promoted. The men learn how to work as a team while being held accountable and taking responsibility for their actions. For most of these men, this is the first healthy “family” they have ever known. 

The men are given the opportunity to participate in:

✨ Discipleship Through Love – A Biblical program guiding men in the love and teachings of Jesus.

✨ Team Prayer Time – Optional weekly prayer gatherings to foster unity and faith.

✨ Serving Our Community – Work is paused on the first Friday of each month to serve and give back to the local community.

✨ Family Connections – Active engagement and support for the families of the team.

Matt and Nicole’s broader goal is to build a community that addresses the needs of men, women, and children working to overcome generations of family dysfunction and poor life choices. Their aim is to offer jobs and job training, housing, and life skills programs. They envision a multi-family community that members construct and reside in. The community will offer resources, including a women’s shelter, support for widows, care and community for individuals with special needs, a crisis pregnancy center, assistance for victims of human trafficking, and veteran services.
